Hands down the worst bank you could possibly have in Brisbane.
The app is clunky, the account balances don't update when you transfer, forcing you to log out and log back in to refresh the current balances. The menus are all over the place and making a change will send you to a random menu. This is when the app is working, which to be fair is usually but not right now which is why I'm stuck here with all the time in the world to tell you why no to go with this bank.
I would pop into a branch to do what I need to domm. But there's only 2 of them, in the city, 15km away, about 100m from each other
I've been a customer for a decade or so but I'll use this down time to find an alternative.
